My new job!

Ok so as everyone probably already knows that I didn't get back into my class in May. But I believe God had a plan because I am now keeping two kids for a couple that Blaine works with, well he works with the mom of the kids. The kids names are Lauren (3 yrs. old) and Nathan (7 months) we have been having lots of fun. I enjoy having a job that I enjoy doing not that this is going to be the career that I have the rest of my life but it is going to last for a while. We plan on starting our family in the near future and this environment suits a newborn perfect. So anyway, I just wanted to kind of give an update on what is happening with us. Blaine is enjoying his job it keeps him busy and he enjoys what he does. Thanks for reading!!

Update on my Classes!!

Okay so we took final exams before our Christmas break and I passed all of them except Ultrasound Physics. I was doing so good in this class making all B's and so I was kinda like oh I can do this, well I studied really hard and I thought I was going to pass well I didn't I think God hand something else in mind, we had been praying really hard about it so we gave it to him to handle. So over the Christmas break I was like okay what if she gives me another chance that I didn't have. So I studied and was prepared for a retake if I was to get another chance I went to school prepared to retake well I made a 72 and passing is a 75. So needless to say I am out of the program for now, she asked me if I wanted to re enroll and I asked her do I have to start all over and she said no just from physics so in February the night program starts from 5-10PM. But the physics doesn't start until May so in May I am supposed to be put back in but I think it is for the best because I will get both of my retakes back for the last 7 months of classes!! So PLEASE PRAY for me as May comes around that there is a spot for me in the class!! Thanks!!

Christmas!!

Blaine and I went to College Station to spend Christmas with my family!! We had an awesome time staying up until 2 in the morning playing games with my sister, her boyfriend and my mom!! We also had a great time seeing all my baby cousins!! They are growing up to fast!! Here are some pics of them!!

Here it is my 4th month of the DMS program!!

As some of you may know I am finally done with my 3rd month of classes!! I am getting more and more excited as I get closer to my goal of being a sonographer. I can't wait to learn more about what sonographers do. My professors have been great so far and I just hope it keeps getting better. I start my 4th month tomorrow 11-18-08!! Wish me luck!! I have pathology and ultrasound physics so I hear that it is going to be a little challenging but they say if you can make it through those classes that we will be able to make it through the rest so here I go we are going to break the ice tomorrow!! Thanks for all the prayers I couldn't have made it with out them and the Lord!!

Going on my third month of class!!

As some of you may know I had a pretty tough time through anatomy and physiology 2!! But all it took was a bunch of prayers from us and a whole lot of other people to get me through!! Thanks alot for all the prayers I couldn't have done it without them!! Well I am headed into my third mod I really hope that it gets a little easier even though I tell myself its not going to be. I will let ya know how everything else goes!!

DMS Program at Sanford Brown College!!

Hey everyone!! I have finally started college again!! I have been in the DMS program for a month now I am going into the next mod!! I am excited about have 11 months of class left and then I will be on externship for 6 months and then I will be a Sonographer!! I am very excited about getting one more step closer to my goals!! I just wanted to give a little update on what has been going on in my life. I also praise GOD for getting me through my first tough month!! He is awesome and he will get you through anything!!

I love going back home and spending time with my cousins especially the little ones. I hope to one day have kids and I hope that their cousins love them as much as I love mine. I can't wait to see them again and we should be seeing them again July 21st!! We are very excited about having our party we hope everyone can come.
